Shipping:
Delivery? | Please allow several weeks for the order to be processed. Once the orders have been processed it is around a 3-Day Delivery within the Continental US.
International Delivery? | Yes, and Yes!! The shipping and handling fee will only cover the cost of the transport, not the cost for duty, brokerage or any additional fees due at the destination. The responsibly lies with the purchaser.
How does my new creation come to my door? | It will be packaged specially for its new home rolled within a proper artists shipping tube and then securely wrapped within another container for safe delivery. Great care has been taken to have your item delivered safely and promptly; if by some reason an issue arises, please email contact@victorialeecase.com . A signature is required for delivery.
What should I do when my one of a kind artwork arrives? | Each work is created with very delicate materials so please be aware when you are unwrapping. Some have pin holes from the creation process in the four corners that once framed will be covered. One suggestion is allowing the piece to breath in its new environment. Just treat with care and wear the white gloves included.
Giving? | Art in essence is about always giving. I am very excited to be sending your way a one-of-a-kind artistic creation. I hope it truly brightens your day as it did mine while in the process of creating it for you and your environment. It also is wonderful to be able to support others philanthropically. A portion, 15% of the proceeds of each artwork is being given to support the efforts of women and artistic empowerment.
Currently #morningseries and #voices are supporting Nest, a non-profit based in NYC, who bring transparency, business development and advocacy to global artisans as well as a platform and opprotunity in the fashion industry.
